Lifetouch went to my daughters Daycare on Louetta and some how completely bypassed my child. The only child who did not recieve her “school” pictures. The photographer knew the camera wasn’t working well and that the pictures were coming out black but didn’t even bother to fix it or call my child back for another set of pictures. I didn’t recieve an apology or any explanation as to why my child didn’t recieve her pictures by the Lifetouch photographer.

I tried multiple devices (multiple computers and phones) and multiple web browsers and can not order the yearbook or photos. This company does not give you any other options to purchase but online. This does not give families many options to purchase when the site is not working correctly or if they do not have access to online ordering.
