The staff were kind and welcoming, and the environment felt supportive. However, I did not receive the level of communication or clarity I was hoping for regarding the goals and overall plan for my daughter’s care. From a student observer’s perspective, this clinic is a highly holistic and client-centered OT setting. The variety of indoor and outdoor spaces strongly supports meaningful therapy across the lifespan and is unlike any setting I have previously observed. The faculty and staff were genuinely welcoming and clearly knowledgeable, which made the environment feel supportive and inviting.

Huge shout out to the team at Life Span Occupational Therapy, with special emphasis on Keisha Laguer Vandessppooll. Keisha has gone above and beyond in assisting my son with navigating the challenging process of getting through insurance, referrals, and care. She has been in regular contact with us and is determined in getting positive results for us. Thank you Keisha!

My son has been receiving occupational therapy from Ms. Jacqueline for the past two years and I cannot recommend her services enough. When my son first started working with Ms. Jacqueline, he was struggling with behavioural and fine motor skills. This made tasks like holding a pencil, buttoning his shirt, and having control of his body difficult and frustrating for him. Over time and through consistent occupational therapy sessions, he has made major improvements in these areas and can now perform these tasks independently. ... read more
