I had a wonderful massage experience here yesterday. The Japanese therapist was gentle, attentive, and very skilled. She knew exactly how to relieve muscle tension while keeping the massage relaxing and comfortable. Communication was easy, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The environment was clean and peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage.
Staff don’t understand English & speak only few words. Just point on massage menu. Don’t understand Bussiness hours. Behind massage some things else. Sorry can’t mention on feed back . Please make decisions before planing. Sorry if wrong. Other wise nice handy location close to every things. Good luck
Went to Queen street looking for a new spot for a massage. Didnt look up anything before hand (a clear mistake on my part). Walked in and asked for a 60 minute normal massage. Was immediately asked about extras with no explanation of what they were referring to. Didnt think too much into it and simply said I wanted a normal massage without extras. The woman made some excuse about how it wasn't possible and walked off without explain further. (Take away? Do research before going places you don't know)
Not satisfied with the overall experience. The quality of service was below average, and the final outcome did not match what was promised. There is definitely room for improvement.
