So disappointed for the cost. I’ll start out by saying I am a stay at home mom and never get a moment to my self ever. But months a go I booked me and my friend a pedicure for her birthday. I knew our kids would be in camp together that morning until 11:30am around the corner from life spa in Bedford. Bonnita is an exceptional massage therapist, the best in Halifax. Cannot recommend enough.
I had to cancel my appointment 12h before the scheduled time because my daughter was sick. I was charged 50% of the service because I wasn’t cancelling with 24h notice. There was no compassion or understanding about the situation at all. I’m very upset about this and think this is terrible business practice. I will never return to Life SalonSpa and recommend to book elsewhere.
