I went for my first remedial massage and it was absolutely amazing. Gary introduced himself well and guided me through the session on what to expect. Definitely rebooking!!
Was recommended to try Deep Tissue Massage Life Ready Kingsway situated at Good life Gym Kingsway and spoke to Gary who sat down with us as we completed the form to find out more about what health issues he was dealing with. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the massage Gary made sure whether the pressure on my back was ok and when he completed the massage, he explained there were some issues and show me some exercises to help with my health and wellbeing.
