Disgusting business practice not in anyway professional. I took time off work to make my appointment and they never arrived instead told me I had to go to a different location or rebook and take more time off work to allow for there mistake.
I saw Joel for my neck and back injury which I've had for many months. I had tried other chiros, physios and osteos previously with no changes. After i saw him, I had relief within the first session. He focused not only on getting my current pain better but also long-term prevention. His diagnosis and explanations were clear and I felt he genuinely cared for my wellbeing. I would like to provide feedback in respect to the commendable attention and client service I received from James Ryan, Physiotherapist at Life Ready Physio Laverton North practice. I broke the 5th metatarsal of my right foot and my employer directed me to have treatment with James. James technical ability together with his engaging and enabling manner provided excellent rehabilitation for my foot. James is a fabulous physiotherapist. My foot is stronger now than it was prior to my accident.
Had been referred to James from life ready physio from a friend, in Laverton north, had constant on going pain in my shoulder and back which no one else could help with, after 3 sessions I had found the reason for my pain and was able to get exercises and proper advice with the correct treatment. would highly recommend him to anyone who is struggling to get correct advice and treatment!
James sees me regularly. He has helped my severe pain in my neck and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Thankyou James for your great work!
