I have been using LRSE to service the EPIRBs and life rafts for our vessel through multiple service iterations in the past 7 years. When it comes to safety equipment there is no room for cutting corners or “close enough”. The team at LRSE has repeatedly provided exemplary service. We keep our vessel in the mid-Atlantic, yet I make it a point to drop off the rafts when we are in New England. Excellent and knowledgeable service. May take some time for a life raft certification because they are one of the few places in the region that does them in house. Staff were very helpful and informative as to how to re-arm and lightly repair lifesaving equipment properly. They were also eager to demonstrate features and the deployment process when I had questions about installing and outfitting. Everyone is super friendly.
LRSE are the consummate professionals from customer service to product knowledge and education. The industry standard for safety equipment and application. I recommend LRSE without hesitation.
