Shirley is wonderful, I was nervous to start therapy but once I decided it was time, she was the perfect fit! She made me feel so comfortable, even reaching out to call and get to know each other before our first session about a year ago. I have been seeing her consistently since then, and could not be happier with the experience! She genuinely cares, and is very understanding and flexible, if you are on the fence about whether or not to try therapy, I really recommend booking with Shirley :)
Shirley is absolutely wonderful. Her conversational style is very comforting. Over the last 2+ years she has helped me realize some things about myself and the world around me. There are a bunch of little epiphanies that have been life changers. I find myself looking forward to my regular sessions and feel so great after them. The office is professional but feels cozy. There is a nice waiting area with magazines and mints as well as a private bathroom. I would highly recommend Life Quest Pursuits.
