Obtaining recertification through Life Pro was an excellent experience. The material was clear and concise. The instructors were engaging and professional and their representative Jessica went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth process and troubleshoot when I had a tight timeline.
The course was very easy because of my instructor. He explained everything very clearly and frequently asked if we had any questions. I had to drive from fortsmith Arkansas to get certified and will definitely be making the drive again to re certify.
I recently completed the blended BLS CPR course with them. All staff that I interacted with was professional and helpful. My instructor during the in-person portion was Kevin and he was fantastic! Clear, concise, and knowledgeable. Will definitely plan on renewing my CPR certification here in two years.
