Ordered furniture in mid-August, with delivery promised for early October. Later received an email saying the order was delayed to late November. The company refused to provide a refund, only offering store credit instead. This is not acceptable customer service. Please be cautious before purchasing from this store. I’m a local guide and always provide genuine, experience-based feedback on Google.
Delivery times are not reliable, the website states 1-2 days dispatch and as soon as you pay, the terms change. You can’t get a refund. Wish I had read the reviews. This used to be a great company - awful now.
Elle was excellent and helped us navigate buying a new lounge, ottomans and bench. Elle explained sizing, lounge options and I felt confident with my purchase.
