The 3 stools we purchased were expensive and 2 have poor upholstery which detracts from the appearance. We took one into the store, but were promptly ushered out and told to contact Customer service. Very well structured but totally unhelpful responses were received, ending with "you can get them re-upholstered yourself" or we will sell you new ones at 40% discount.( which sounds good but the whole range is now on discount!)
