Took over a year to get my video. Also paid a lot of money and never even got my albums. Was told they went out of business and someone else took over and I would have to sue the old owner to get them but yet on the website they have awards from the year I got married so I assume it’s the same company it was just a cheap way out. Brian finally gave us our video but never received our albums to this day even tho we paid for them. I wouldn’t recommend who knows when they decide to “change ownership” again.
