I knew as soon as I received the email I needed to join in. I’d been feeling tired, burnt out, lethargic, and heavy. I appreciated the guidance into Ayurvedic cleansing, Kael’s facilitation / support, and the group experience. It was a holistic approach (mind / body / emotion clearing). And I’m glad I gifted myself this; I feel much better afterwards. My senses are heightened, I feel clearer, lighter, and feel my motivation returning. I"ve done this Ayurvedic cleanse twice now with Kael, and both times have been deeply transformative. Honestly, the hardest part is just preparing for the cleanse—especially letting go of sugar and other habits beforehand. But once the cleanse begins, the process feels incredibly supportive.
