I"ve done this Ayurvedic cleanse twice now with Kael, and both times have been deeply transformative. Honestly, the hardest part is just preparing for the cleanse—especially letting go of sugar and other habits beforehand. But once the cleanse begins, the process feels incredibly supportive. I LOVE Kael and the love, care, and safe space she provides having completed her Ayurvedic Cleanse as well as doing 1:1 EFT sessions with her. I can always count on her to walk me through releasing any trauma with firm, direct, loving kindness and highly recommend her!
I did the Delight in Your Life program with Kael in 2021 and am still reaping the benefits of that I learned and how I started taking care of myself. I call her my angel because she was a much needed healing and guiding presence that allowed me to feel and take care of myself in a very trying time in my life when I was working 60-70 hours a week and suffering from adrenal fatigue. I highly recommend this program and anything Kael does! Everyone needs a Kael in their life!!
