This space Elaine has created is a "sanctuary". From the moment I walked in the door, I knew it is not your typical studio space. This is a space that welcomes, embraces, heals, energizes, supports, and comforts. My visits there help me feel more alive, more centered and more me. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Bright beautiful space with a wonderful dance floor. The teachers are excellent. A great way to gain stamina, flexibility, and balance, and to have fun!
The space is absolutely stunning the dance floor is beautiful wood and has both natural light from windows and a floor to ceiling mirror wall, the owner is energetic and dedicated to the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of everyone who walks through her doors, and the resident massage therapist is fantastic.
