My experience with staff was great. The billing system is super unclear and inconsistent.
I have had the opportunity to utilize the services of Life Fitness twice for totally different injury/illness. I recommend this provider for multiple reasons * The staff are competent, compassionate, and communicative about your treatment and progress. You can’t find better Therapist than Rachel and Rashard, heard the company is downsizing, let two of their best go. Hoping to find the two elsewhere.
Rashard and Rachel are so knowledgeable, professional and friendly they both made a difference in helping with my back pain, this is my second time I came in I was there for knee therapy and now my back, I can’t say enough on the relief I got after my visits. These two are really a great team congratulations on having such an amazing staff, it’s so hard to find such a hard working and dedicated staff like you have at Life Fitness. Thanks Mike F
The therapists, Rachel and Rashad, were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me recuperate. They explained not only the exercises, but also the rationale behind the exercises. Jennifer at the front desk made check-in easy.
