The employees seemed nice, the manager however (Pam) is insanely disrespectful. She needs to remember the people she interviews are potential customers. I will actively tell people to avoid this bank solely from Pam’s behavior.
Horrible service. I opened an account here back in 2015. They have steadily become worse. Closed down in February 2021 after the freeze and finally opened back up in October. Never once did they think to route their calls to the Cross Roads branch. Phone just rings and rings. No emails to customers with updates, or updating their website. Glad I switched to DATCU!
Have banked with them from out of state since it was Moore Credit Union in the early 1990s. Absolutely THE BEST Customer Service!
