Christi was the Member Service Officer that assisted me with both a car loan and credit card and she was absolutely amazing! She was so prompt and timely with answering my questions and concerns and was always very kind when we spoke on the phone and over email. She made the loan process significantly easier, less scary and was always super transparent about where everything was in terms of the process. It's been a difficult switch over from LiFe CU. It's just different, not so happy with just one location, employees not seeming to know what's going on. Frustrating to say the least. If I stick around maybe it'll get better, we'll see.
