The customer service here is terrible. 8 employees, and only 1 is working. Place is a women's social club.
The corporate office operates a scam to repossess vehicles without any warning. We had our car on auto-pay. They tried to blame a "glitch in their system" to justify stealing our car. We had to file a court case to get the vehicle back. I wouldn't be surprised if a class action suite comes their way in the future. Absolute garbage company that is running one hell of a scam.
I am very thankful I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Brenae at TFCU’s Cross Roads location. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The branch itself felt cozy, welcoming, and family-friendly. Miss Brenae gave off such positive vibes and helped my children open their own savings accounts.
