I brought my bike in to Life Cycles on March 26 for a tune-up and shock adjustment. It took SEVEN WEEKS, until mid May, before the bike was ready. If you use this store, be prepared to wait a long, long, long time for repairs.

Stay away from this place at all costs! Dropped 2 mountain bikes off for a servicing and brake adjustment. Bikes were ready to be picked up 5 weeks later! First ride out my son drained all his brake fluid on the top of the mountain because the tech did not tighten the screw property. My brakes were no better after the servicing then before. I called and talked to manager Spencer who told me to come in an hour early on Sat before the store opens and he will take care of it himself.
