Had to visit this location in an emergency and all I can say is whoa! What an amazing branch. I had several issues and Ms Lyndsy, the branch manager, went well above and beyond to help me resolve my concerns and show me how to better manage things in the future. I am so thankful for this location and the employees there.
I appreciate all the patience and help Lyndsy gave me while completing a balance transfer and refinancing my auto loan. When she called, I honestly thought it was going to be some bad news, so I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me of my pre-approvals. And she was able to get me quickly through the process while maintaining excellent communication and correcting any problems I had. I hope Lyndsy continues working with y'all and helping others!

Alicia is the marketing manager at the Hayes Street Fortera Credit Union. She has excellent communication and people skills. Alicia's smile is welcoming to the front line. She has helped me on several occasions with the Fortera app on my phone. She also knows to pull up my account and will of course ask me how I would like my money back if I'm withdrawing....but she already knows how I like it back especially the envelope.
