Rushed over for work for my first appt. Had trouble finding the door for PT. Once I got in was told they are out of network with my insurance. Why wasn’t I called?
Not sure why patients are isolated from family members here? I’m not allowed in PT with elderly family. I can accompany my elderly family member to every other type of medical appointment…what do they have to hide? I drove 1 1/2 hours to bring her here and would like to monitor her progress. Very concerning.
