I go to the fitness center at this facility and I really like it. People mind their business and workout. There is an indoor track, a couple showers, free weights, cardio machines, and workout machines. Everything you need ranging from beginner level fitness to strength training, to power lifting. It’s also a 24 hour facility with class for additional charge. I don’t do those classes, but it’s nice that they offer and have it.
The lack of care and attention made me change my provider
I’ve worked at LifeCare Rehab for close to two years now and I love my job as an intake coordinator. My team and the company are equally as amazing as the community we serve. I truly couldn’t be happier with the teamwork I get to be a part of.
Deplorable gym, few machines, and the existing machines are destroyed by the new members of the gym, when it is full it is an odyssey to look for a machine or space to do your exercises, the coach is useless, you cannot train someone if you do not have the results and finally the cleanliness is the most remarkable thing of all
