Actually a 0. Incompetent, paralegal is rude and, for our case, needed to be directed at every step. As for the attorney, wow. I have a JD, have experience, and was just floored. When a judge needs to walk an attorney through a default hearing, one must wonder. Bar complaint pending. Bottom line, not recommended
