RecommendedMy father, Harry, is there now for a few weeks...Everyone, from the nurses, case worker, & the therapists are caring & helpfull...The facility is clean & has a homey feeling....
It's so sad that such a lovely place is such a disappointment.
Close these centers. They are horrible.. takes your money and provide horrible services
Horrible place. They do not care about their patients. They all lie and back each other up. The directors etc.
As a former employee, I can tell you that for the most part, the staff are a great bunch of people to work with. The administrator and the maintenance director? Not so much. The administrator is so worried about saving a buck that the facility was cutting hours to the point that cna's and nursing staff was short at various times. The maintenance director does not back up his employees and is more worried about his bed inventory than his staff being overworked. It USED to be a decent place to work, but it has changed.
