Friendly staff. They care about the patients.
As l entered, l was created with a friendly and supportive group of visitor - greeting staff. They explained how to use the " check-in" and when leaving method machine and how to gain and exit facility doors to patients . They assisted me in finding a method to carry items to his room also. Nurses at all levels are were/are : compassionate and attentive to each of their patients' needs , no matter what level of care that l have observed with my family member and walking throughout the facility.
