I came to re-admit a pt to a private agency. The staff were very helpful especially an Asian girl at the desk (i’m sorry I didn’t get her name). She was wonderful!! I also spoke with a nurse that was decorating for St. Patrick’s Day and a social worker named Heather. Everyone I met was wonderful.
Visited a friend. Facility was clean, residents roaming the hall all looked well cared for and happy. All staff interactions were nice with residents and visitors.
My grandmother has been so happy with her stay there. The staff is friendly and understanding. I truly appreciate all they do not just for my Nana but for all the residents.
Everyone is very pleasant!
The nurses and staff are taking wonderful care of my husband. I couldn't ask more of them.
