Visitors in the evening have to wait forever to get somebody to unlock the front door to get in or out. Nobody responds to the bell. Very frustrating.

I especially love the beautiful outdoor space, which allows patients to get fresh air and spend time outside without even having to leave their floors. The building is well maintained, and the common areas and patient rooms are kept clean and welcoming.
Our family had a loved one at Life Care Center of Stoneham, and we couldn't have asked for better care. The staff was kind, compassionate, and always treated them with dignity and respect. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in good hands.
