Surprised this place has good ratings. We have our parents there and got several calls that our father has fallen. He has Parkinson’s and can not stand up on his own. When the woman called on a Sunday night to tell us he fell, we asked about bed rails for him because he is a fall risk, and she told us that was illegal for them to put them on the bed in their facility.
