I had a very disappointing experience with this nursing facility, especially with the night staff. I was concerned about the level of care and attention provided to the patient. The patient experienced a fall, which was extremely concerning, and the evening medications were not given until around 10 PM. We were also still waiting for a prescription to arrive from the pharmacy. These issues were very frustrating and raised serious concerns about communication, timeliness, and patient safety.
