Our visit was very pleasant, the facility was clean and cheerful and tasteful, the staff was excellent, welcoming and very helpful. I was very impressed all around.
Nurses, techs, reception, admitting, PT, OT, ALL staff seem to care deeply for the patients well-being - physically and emotionally. Food is amazing - tastes just like homemade (great flavors and textures, diversity of items). Clean facility. Very mild odors intermittently and in different areas but is well controlled. Highly recommend this facility. Insurance(s) covering costs so don’t know about pricing
My dad is in here for short term rehab after suffering an injury and unable to walk without assistance. This morning he needed help going to the bathroom and pushed the button for the nurse, which took them over an hour which is a usual occurrence. Then a female nurse stood outside of his door looking straight at him complaining in a hateful way that my dad was sitting up waiting for help because in her words "They need to learn how to do things themselves, that's what they're in here for."
