All the people are very nice the rooms are ok. The response to the call button takes a long time 3hr once and Thom tells me that is never less than 30min. It worries me because twice since I know him I had to apply the Heimlich maneuver. Good thing the food is not very good. Especially if you are not fun of beans.

My brother stated the care seems to be getting better. He stated the day care is still better than overnight care so I’d say overnight care seems to still need improvements. But things are improving

I am a non emergency transport driver. I retired from a senior living community in BHC. I was very impressed with the staff and the appearance of the building inside and out. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and very professional. When you inquire about a community for your loved ones, the first question you should ask yourself. Are you going to be comfortable leaving one of your parents in their care. I would have full confidence leaving one of my loved ones at this beautiful facility. Great job!!!!
