Life Care Center of Orange Park staff is the worst. My mother hasn't had a bath as scheduled 3xs a week and is forced to room with a patient who refuses to take care of their hygiene. I couldn't even visit my mother because of the smell, the staff lacks communication and understanding, at this point I'm convinced Life Care makes their own reviews.
Such a wonderful facility.. everyone is so caring
