Love the atmosphere and staff that takes care of my God mother
Trying to get someone to come when push the call button takes an act of God. My mother waits 30 minutes or more for help going to the bathroom. If you wait a hour you might get water. Need to be much more attentive.
From the moment my mom arrived at this facility, I had a few concerns. She has COPD, uses oxygen, and has dementia, so it usually takes some communication with staff to make sure her oxygen needs are managed properly. We had a few minor issues at first, but the staff addressed them quickly and made the necessary adjustments without hesitation. One person who truly stood out was Sylvia, one of the nurses.
