Staff is Top notch. Always reaching to meet and exceed your needs daily. Helping you on the road to recovery. Nurse staff, OCC/PHSY Therapy, Wound care and everyone working there, helped me get home sooner than I had expected. Highly recommend choosing Life Care Center to your road to recovery.

As a resident I can confirm that the carpets need to be steam cleaned. The kitchen needs a better cook and more staff. I had a good experience at LCC. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Gabby is the best nurse, I have my favorite nurses and can’s. I thank the staff and Joel was right.

I struggled with places for my mom. No one wants to have to place their parent in a facility and I had been against is for months. In visiting several places in Fort Wayne, they added to my hesitation. However, after having met Joel, Amber, Katina, Kearra and others at Life Care; I felt as though I had found the right fit for her. The staff has been attentive, caring, and quick to help me over all.
