We have said we felt like family in this week of transitions. The facility has been very good to communicate, be very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and ready, they made sure to ask on important medicines , how she goes into bed with her conditions and had her a tray coming after showing up later. Beth was wonderful to explain and even on phone conversations she was clear and very on task. We feel very welcomed to see her here and think all departments felt sufficient .
Very clean! All the workers were helpful in helping me find the resident’s room that I was there to visit ‼️
