Repeatedly refused to assist with bathroom visits that resulted in UTIs due to this neglect. Shameful!
Understaffed to the point of danger—my relative with mobility issues had to go to the ER after being at this place and regularly being made to wait to use the bathroom for up to an hour during busy morning times. This is a terrible place with smiling faces.
This place is extraordinarily under-staffed, leaving patients without essential care.
