My father received a low level of care at Life Care; the nurse checked his temperature only after the family insisted. Turns out, he had pneumonia and was hospitalized as a result. I am just glad he is one of the patients with family to look out for him! Staff at the facility also threw away his dentures and a hearing aid. They state they are willing to replace these items, but with my father's fragile health, it is arduous for him to have to sit in a dentist's chair or be transported to be fitted for a new hearing aid.
Excellent group of nurses and aides. They made you feel like you were part of their family not just a patient. Thank-you!
