There is no support for the elderly totally unprofessional with booked times to attend for a service either don't arrive or 4 hours different. Then to charge for not delivering a service is ripping off poor people.
Nice, and quiet place to live.
Don't believe the self promotion, non of it is true. Adequate training is not provided for staff, who are disrespected internally.
