Does not know what he is doing. Very aggressive, unfriendly. I charged me to do conveyancing for my 1st house. At that time I was eligible for both first home owner Grant, and stamp duty discount for first home owner. When I questioned him, he said I was only eligible for one. I eventually applied myself and got both. Never recommend Desmond to anyone. Bad service.
