If I could give this store a 10star I would :) my daughter and I went in to try and fix a hat we purchased at a different location where they treated us poorly. When we walked in we were greeted and felt very welcomed I am so happy we were able to get the hat fixed at this store. Johnny and David are amazing they were super attentive and have amazing customer service skills. I will definitely keep coming back to this lids store I am highly satisfied :)
Aaron was the young gentlemen who helped us. He was attentive and honest! We will definitely be coming back for the customer service.
Nice little store with good selection with friendly staff and decent priced hats. I only give 4 stars cause it could be cleaner
They are never open on time….people have others things to do also ..don’t put a time and say u r open and not open at all …lost my faith in u guys
45 US Dollars for a hat. I needed it so it felt like highway robbery. Some retail big-chain store prices make me really want to shop local family owned stores and let the malls decay. Fans should be allowed to show team pride without needing copious amounts of money.
