I was looking for gold, but found diamonds: First time @ LIDs, not knowing what size I am or what LIDs is in general. Edwin was super friendly and answered all my questions — I even got a Snoopy on my hat. 10/10 I would recommend coming here

Had a great experience at Lids! Diego, the manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed and even helped us save money, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service all around—definitely made the visit worth it. Thank you, Diego!
Great service, and good quality!
