Very poor service no one picks up the phone to attend to customer needs. Bad customer service and the product is overpriced and low quality. I purchased an embroidered cap for my father's birthday,their machine wasn't working so they didn't provide me with a preview, they also did not advise me of their no return policy so I had it delivered to my hotel because I was flying out that day. Showed up at 3:50 today and location was already closed. Some one wrote on a small piece of paper. Out for lunch will be back at 5pm. The problem is the mall closes at 5pm.
They don't like to pick up the phone to answer it while at work there???
Great service. A little high priced but they delivered what we asked for.
