Had a great experience at Lids! Diego, the manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed and even helped us save money, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service all around—definitely made the visit worth it. The 2 employees a (guy and a girl) that where working that day offered great customer service in helping me find the hat size and color I wanted and also shared with me that I could get it embroidered to make my gift more special and unique.I really appreciated their help.
Bro these people give horrible service they been open since 10 am and lady still has everything locked up she sees me outside and looks the other way very unprofessional
