This shop does an excellent job when it comes to catering to the sporting needs of their customers. I am one of them and I am proud to be.
I ordered a hat then called 3 hours later to cancel the order. The horrible customer service rep said its too late it has been shipped. Then after questioning that it actually had been he said its ready to ship. That's lie number one. I asked him to stop it and he said he can't. I asked why he can't physically go grab the box and not ship it. He made up some little lie about why he can't instead of telling the truth that he doesn't actually work for Buckeye Corner. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BUCKEYE CORNER STORES. FOR THE 2ND TIME THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER (WITHOUT NOTIFYING US) BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE NOT IN STOCK. ONCE WAS FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
horrible customer service!!!!!!!! – This has to be the worst customer service i have ever seen. The manager there who was a african american man whose name was kevin i believe was very rude. He had made a mistake on my order and then when i asked him to correct it he proceded to mock my accent. He then said "you people" are so stubborn. (I'm Mexican). I was so offended i walked out and never got my money back for his mistake. Don't ever shop here.
