Horrible customer service. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked into the store. When asking one of the employees a question, he replied with a rude remark and continued watching the game on television. I am unsure why they are even open -- if selling sport gear to customers is an inconvenience to them.

Paid 26$ for a hat today from maine military went and they put holes in it when they did embroidery for me. Then siad im sorry come back tomorrow. He shaved the threds out with a leg hair razor and made a hole kept me till 9:03pm and insisted i come back tomorrow. Tonight's the last time ill step foot on the store all he could do is give me money back for the embroidery. Iv bought many hats from them and this ends it teach your employees before u let them run machines they can't run

Will never buy here again. Would not honor or provide a store credit even with a gift receipt. My son and several family members buy here routinely. Not anymore!!!!!!
