I suspect that I have been subjected to racial discrimination. On November 17th, I went to Lidl to do some shopping. When I was leaving after finishing my purchase, the security guard stopped me without even considering the other customers. As a Chinese student studying abroad, it was hard for me not to feel discriminated against. I showed my payment record, but they didn't intend to let me leave until they found a staff member who showed the receipt and then I was allowed to leave.
The new design with the self checkouts is horrible, ugly, confusing and just annoying! Shame, won't be shopping there again, what a ugly dysfunctional horrid idea! Whomever designed this new layout should be layed off, what a nasty experience
