Lovely staff. Big shop, good layout
Very disappointed to Not be there today hopefully gain that way city centre.
I have been hesitant to leave a negative review in the past, but the consistently poor customer service and increasingly rude behaviour from a staff member at the till has prompted me to write this. On 17/09 at 7:30 PM, her rudeness was clearly evident. After completing my purchase, she flapped her hand at me to indicate the transaction was over. When I asked for a receipt, she simply replied, "It's in your Lidl app," without any confirmation of payment or a polite closing. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable... read more
