Shocking experience, came recommended from a family member yet refused to take a second call less than 24 hrs later. We wanted to pivot our approach on a matter so I need to confirm if Michaels fees would remain the same or if they would change, either way I wanted to work with him but to be told he wouldn’t speak to us after we already just spoke and had a positive conversation the day prior until a retainer was paid is just unprofessional.
