I used to go here. I stopped because of 2 reasons. First of all, they change doctors like every year (maybe more often tbh) so when you go back you never see the same doctor. I think for a minute they didn't even have a doctor, just the nurses. Second, I had major tonsil problems and they acted like it was no big deal, they just gave me some antibiotics and said that would solve it. It didn't. So I went to the ENT in Columbus and they said they needed to be removed.

I have had alot of bloodwork done in the lab beside the urgent care here. Julie is the best. She is personable, caring and makes you feel important while you're there. She goes out of her way to explain what you have questions on. She's is my go to as my veins are hard to get and she gets them everytime the first time.

Absolute shame to the unprofessionalism and down right arrogance and ill manners to the receptionist at the Dermatology office in Pataskala! I called to inquire about a new patient appointment and availability only to speak with a rude, disrespectful pompous clerk. She indicated there were no new patient appointments for another year so I asked if I could be placed on a cancellation list or if I should call back, etc., basically what protocol was since she mentioned they were accepting new patients but they were backlogged. ... read more
