Claims they are open till 12:30 but we showed up at 11:59 and the doors are locked if yall aint open till a specific time then STATE THAT
Office failed to execute duties. They turned me away to hurry me out the door. I should have received a form to have a VIN check done but they didn't care. I swear they want you to jump thru hoops to steal your money in IN. Three titles and no effort. I might just leave one unregistered for farm use after this.

There website don’t even work need to renew my plates and it’s much easier to do it online, but I can’t do it because their website never works and I don’t have time to go in.
