Listen up, because if you're out here shopping for a real estate attorney and you don't use Thomas Licari, you are officially dumber than a box of hammers. We closed on our home in October, and Tom served as our attorney. Unfortunately, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. While interactions were pleasant early on through contract signing, communication and professionalism declined significantly afterward. As first-time homebuyers, we expected guidance and advocacy, but instead found the office to be uncommunicative and dismissive when we had questions. I understand everyone has bad days, but the consistent lack of professionalism I encountered with this attorney and his team extended far beyond a single off day.
