Been with Libro over 30 yrs now. This location is always great and friendly.
We have trusted libro to help us for over 20 years. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff who have managed our mortgage and loans with professionalism while also being very helpful and friendly. We have known most of the staff for the whole time we've been there and it used to be a different face every time we went in to our other banks. Libro treats us with respect and we really like feeling that our decisions matter to them
I am a Libro owner and shareholder. I filed a formal complaint about how my mortgage was mishandled by one of their mortgage consultants. Despite my signing a fixed, lower-rate contract, the consultant voided it without notifying me. By the time I found out and tried to reverse it to rectify the problem, it was deemed too late, even though it was their mishap. Without my knowledge, I was tossed into a high variable rate instead.
