I am a Libro owner and shareholder. I filed a formal complaint about how my mortgage was mishandled by one of their mortgage consultants. Despite my signing a fixed, lower-rate contract, the consultant voided it without notifying me. By the time I found out and tried to reverse it to rectify the problem, it was deemed too late, even though it was their mishap. Without my knowledge, I was tossed into a high variable rate instead. Mark. D was so helpful my debit card got stolen and I was so stressed. He helped calm my nerves and made me feel better about the situation when i was very worried.
Mark DeVries was so great. My friend lost her cards and he helped calm her down and get new cards. He handled everything politely and professionally.
I have been a member of the Libro Credit Union several years. I have been pleasantly surprised how kindly I have been treated by everyone at Libro after my parents died recently. I certainly did not expect it. It is a bank after all. The atmosphere at Libro is not at all like in a bank. There is a pleasant family type atmosphere at Libro.
