Super friendly service and always willing to help, libro is the only good bank I've ever worked with
Super helpful and friendly, always an easy experience.
I like that I can sign documents with an e-signature, so i don't have to plan time to go into the branch. Making it much more convenient for me. They always make you feel welcome when you come into the branch too, so that's a win win for sure.
I feels a lot more like the old Canada Trust when you walk in, and people in branch are pleasant. But you quickly become a number, and your "advisor" doesn't seem to do anything. Better than big banks, but not a wow.
