I have been a Libro, London North customer for many years. I always find the front staff very friendly, usually welcoming me with a smile and a bit of chit-chat as I am doing my business. But, it is the small things that matter. I live overseas and when I return to Canada I only stay for a couple weeks. I needed a new ATM card to be issued before I left.
