Alexandra and Shelly helped us so much!!!! Seriously saved our family a bunch of money, and were so patient, even when we weren't. I've rarely had such good customer service. In a time when banks are the bad guy, Libro was our hero today.
Shockingly bad, Only place someone has argued with me to commit fraud. You cannot be this bad by accident. A lot of frontline finace workers in London have no idea what they are doing, this is 3x worse than norm.
Staff are very friendly. The person who I deal with most always treats me as if they truly care about my progress. They make you feel like part of the Libro family!
Libro was so horrendous I had to go back to TD & BMO. Big banks may be bad but not Libro credit union bad. Sad day big banks are better credit union.
