Professional and friendly
Very difficult to work with and sketchy. I feel the fault of the conpany not the people, Im currently trying to close a trust account and despite being a legal adult they denied me saying i needed to not only bring in my mother but her father too in order to close it despite being under my name. We have had problems with them withholding money from us while trying to withdraw to submit to a different bank account, I dont really know whats going on if this is normal or not but the lady at the counter told us this current situ... read more
Friendly caring staff. You are not another number here they truly care about you. It is always a pleasure to go there. They always willing to help.
I wish I had something nice to say about this branch...but I just don't. They say your an owner of the branch, but they treat you like a nuisance. It almost seems like they make up the rules as they go. I always leave feeling very annoyed.
